Both. We build a bespoke webshop when a standard platform starts getting in the way. For instance, with a custom pricing structure, an integration with your stock or accounting system, or an ordering process that deviates from the norm. If you don't have those constraints, a standard solution is often more sensible, and we'll tell you so.

A first version is usually ready within 4 weeks. A fully bespoke process takes 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of screens and the integrations involved.

In practice, the lead time is rarely determined by the development, but by how quickly copy and visual materials are ready. If you have those ready at the start, it goes noticeably faster. If we don't have them, we will help think things through, but expect a longer timeframe.

Our office is on the Palletweg in Haarlem, about a half-hour drive away. In practice, you hardly notice that: you have a single point of contact whom you can simply call, and most consultations take place via video call. For most clients, that is quicker than scheduling an appointment.

For an introduction we would love to come to you. And the other way around is also fine: you are welcome for coffee in Haarlem, and then we can immediately show you what we are working on.

Yes, you can with us leasing a website. You then pay a fixed amount per month and we build, host, maintain and continue to develop. There are three packages: Start (€249 per month, €750 set-up), Growth (€449 per month, €1,250 set-up) and Commerce (€749 per month, €1,950 set-up), all excluding VAT. Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates, security and monitoring are included, plus one to four development hours per month.

The term is 36 months. After that, the agreement continues on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with one month's notice. One thing you should know: during this period, the website remains our property. If you want to take it over sooner, we can put together a buyout proposal for that.

That depends on what the website needs to do, not the number of pages. The biggest factors are the number of unique screens to be designed, whether integrations with other systems are needed, whether the site will be multilingual, who provides the copy and imagery, and how much happens after launch.

Do you want a concrete starting point: a website leasing starts at €249 per month plus €750 set-up costs, which already includes hosting, maintenance and further development. For a custom project, we will make a proposal after one conversation. Then we know enough to give a realistic range, instead of a starting price that turns out to be wrong later anyway.
