A website that is not maintained, will break at some point

Not maybe, but definitely. WordPress, plugins and PHP receive updates, and anyone who leaves those for months will run into two things: a security vulnerability or a site that no longer works after a forced update.

The annoying thing is that you don't notice anything until things go wrong. And then it's usually at a time when it's really inconvenient.

We'll take care of that. Updates are carried out in a controlled manner, backups are ready and waiting, and we'll notice if the site goes down before you do.

Four packages

From basic to structural further development:

  • Care. Weekly updates, daily backups with fourteen days history, uptime monitoring and security patches. Response time two working days
  • Care+. Included is a malware and vulnerability scan, a light performance check, a short report, and half an hour of development time per month. Response time one working day
  • Care Pro. Proactive: monthly performance check and reporting, one and a half hours of development time and four-hour response time for critical issues
  • Growth Retainer. Structurally optimise and further develop, with two hours a month and monthly actions instead of just a report

At an online shop, an additional fee applies to the two lightest packages because there is more to monitor. With annual payment, a discount applies to the subscription rate.

What's up happens

Every month, whether you ask for it or not.

Managed updates

WordPress, plugins and themes. Don't update blindly, but check whether the site still works afterwards.

Daily backups

With history, so that we can also roll back if something is only noticed later.

Uptime monitoring

We get the notification when the site goes down, not your customer.

Security

Patches, hardening and, with the heavier packages, a malware and vulnerability scan.

Performance

Caching, cleanup and measuring. A site naturally gets slower if nobody is watching.

Development time included

From Care+ onwards, time for small changes is included in the package, without the need for a quote.

What makes the difference: we self-host

Most agencies resell maintenance on someone else's hosting. If something goes wrong, the first thing that happens is a ticket with that party, and then waiting.

Our sites run on dedicated servers that we manage ourselves. If the loading time increases, an error message comes in, or something goes down, we get straight in there ourselves. That saves hours when it counts.

It also means we can adjust server settings if your site benefits from it, rather than having to make do with what a standard package allows.

Prefer everything in a single amount? At website leasing is maintenance included as standard?.

Shall we see what’s possible?

Briefly tell us what you need, and we’ll give you a well-founded estimate of the costs and the benefits. If it turns out along the way that we’re not the right fit for you, we’ll let you know.
