Fresh-Dev processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the (special) personal data we process:

For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process personal data:
Fresh-Dev processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing your payment
- Sending information
- To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our services.
- To inform you about changes to our services and products
Fresh-Dev also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return. Fresh-Dev handles your data with care and uses it exclusively for the purpose described above. This includes, among other things, the drawing up of agreements and invoices.
Fresh-Dev does not make decisions on the basis of automated processing that could have significant consequences for you, such as decisions made by computer programmes or systems.
To enable and optimise the website, we use Google Analytics. We use this service to track and obtain reports on how visitors use the website, to ensure the website functions correctly, to optimise it and to place more targeted advertisements. We have a commercial interest in this, but are bound by Google's retention periods. A cookie is placed via our website. Fresh-Dev uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. These ensure that the website functions properly and that your preferred settings, for example, are remembered. You do not have to agree to the use of cookies and can also erase them from your own device by indicating in your browser settings that you do not accept cookies and deleting all placed cookies.
In addition, we use Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, and potentially other plugins such as Formitable, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Mollie, Stripe, and similar systems that collect data from our client and their website visitors. We will only use these systems if they are necessary for the projects and will announce this in advance.
We ask for your name and email address via the contact form on the website. This data will be deleted by us as soon as the contact request has been completed, unless an agreement arises from it.
To enable the posting of reviews about Fresh-Dev, we process your name and the content of your review and post it on our website for commercial purposes. We will remove these if you request us to do so or when your review is no longer representative of Fresh-Dev.
How long we keep personal data
Fresh-Dev will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes described in section 3 of this privacy statement. This means that Fresh-Dev will retain your personal data for at least as long as you use our services. However, pursuant to fiscal legislation, Fresh-Dev is obliged to retain personal data that is included in documents belonging to the business administration (such as invoices and rental agreements) for 7 years.

Fresh-Dev does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

With regard to a request for access, amendment, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data, Fresh-Dev will comply with your request as quickly as possible and in any event within 1 month, unless this is not possible due to specific laws and regulations, such as the fiscal retention obligation. In that case, Fresh-Dev will inform you of this within the aforementioned period. If you submit such a request, this may, of course, result in Fresh-Dev being unable to (further) execute the agreement.
To ensure that the access request has been made by you, Fresh-Dev requests that you send a copy of your identification with the request. On this copy, please black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is for the protection of your privacy.
We do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16 years old. If you believe we have collected personal information about a minor without parental consent, please contact us at info@Fresh-dev.nl, and we will remove this information.
How we secure personal data
Fresh-Dev takes the protection of your data seriously and has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. Fresh-Dev stores the necessary sensitive data, such as login credentials, from clients in a secure digital vault. Other client contact details are stored in Office365 and Moneybird. Project-related documents are stored in OneDrive/SharePoint/Office365. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact info@fresh-dev.nl.
