We are growing, and with that comes the need for someone to keep an overview. You are the pivot between our clients and the team: you keep projects on track, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve them before they become a problem.
One thing counts for us: no waiting around. You push forward and put your foot down, seeing for yourself what needs to be done and making sure it happens. With us, the job gets done, and you keep an overview.
What you with us rules
We'd rather tell you what you're going to organise than what you “need to be able to do”. Your work falls roughly into two parts.
Project coordination & process improvement
- You maintain an overview of ongoing projects and deadlines.
- You are setting up our project management structure and making it better.
- You proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Sales support
- You will attend client meetings as a sparring partner and subject matter expert.
- You are the go-to person for the front-end and development team when something needs to be arranged for a project.
- From setting up a meeting about the scope to requesting a logo we're still missing: you make sure it gets done.
How we Working
We work on Mac, our fixed system. Short lines, clear agreements, and building something we're proud of together. AI is simply part of our setup, including in coordination: use it smartly to switch gears faster and maintain an overview.
You are the link that ensures the scope for front-end developers, designers, and developers is always clear. Without you, a project falters; with you, it runs smoothly.

- You maintain oversight, even when a lot is happening at once.
- You easily switch between client and team and speak both languages.

What we Offer
Salary that's right
£3,000 – £4,250 per month, depending on your experience.
32 to 40 hours
Full-time or slightly less, by mutual agreement. What suits the role and you.
Heart in Haarlem
You primarily work in the office in Haarlem, close to the team and the client.
Top Gear: Mac
A Mac as a permanent workstation and the tools to do your job.
